Jake Norris is the Executive Director of 3Sixty. He graduated from DePaul University with a degree in sociology, where he learned about Asset-Based Community Development while working for both the university’s center for service learning and campus ministry. After college, he worked for community mental health organizations in Chicago. He and his family moved to Holland in 2018 and live on 18th Street in the Eastcore neighborhood.

Lori Corbat-Appeldoorn has lived in Eastcore since 1990 and she currently serves as a 3Sixty Neighborhood Connector. She and her husband Dave raised two kids on 18th Street. Lori has been an active member of her neighborhood, serving as a neighborhood watch captain from 1990-1995. She has been involved in Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Holland Public School. She and her neighbors have spent the last three years revitalizing their alley between River and Central on 18th and 19th Streets, where they have worked together to build raised beds for fruits and vegetables, plant new perennials, and make a meditation labyrinth. Lexi serves as 3Sixty’s Operations Director. She recently completed a Masters Degree at Western Theological Seminary and has experience in marketing, television journalism, and non-profit work. She even served as the Marketing Director for Below The Stacks Mural Festival in Lansing Michigan. She's an award-winning filmmaker and poet with a heart for community and we are so grateful to have her on the team.

Allison serves as 3Sixty’s Community Engagement Coordinator. She recently graduated from Smith College with her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish, where she held various nominated leadership roles, such as the Social Chair of the Latin American Students’ Organization and Student Liaison for the Spanish and Portuguese Department. She has experience in research, cultural awareness, and non-profit work. She is devoted to community outreach and is striving to make Holland an inclusive environment for vulnerable communities.
