WELCOME TO WEST OF WASHINGTON
In 2025, 3Sixty formally began supporting the West of Washington neighborhood in Holland, MI—joining years of grounded community-building led by resident Rolunda Culbreath. Our involvement is focused on resourcing, stewarding, and strengthening the momentum Rolunda and neighbors have already created.
West of Washington lies on the city’s Westside—roughly bounded east-west by Ottawa Avenue and Washington Avenue, and north-south from 32nd to 48th Street.

A southwest Holland neighborhood stretching from 32nd to 48th Street, bordered by Ottawa Avenue to the west and Washington Avenue to the east. Home to Central Wesleyan Church and St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Harbor Village Apartments, Herman Miller Design Yard, and the ever popular southside Captain Sundae!

Meet Rolunda Culbreath
NEIGHBORHOOD CONNECTOR
Rolunda’s love for community began with her own family. As her kids grew up, she noticed how disconnected the neighborhood felt. They often wondered why friends just a few streets away didn’t come to events. That sparked Rolunda’s desire to help bring neighbors together.
Today, she works to create a place where families feel connected, supported, and at home. Rolunda is the go-to contact for West of Washington, reach out if you’d like to get involved!
