Join the Horde
Chase runners and grab their flags. Zombies arrive early for makeup (we provide it—unless you prefer to do your own!—and you bring the costume), take your spot along the route, and scare up some fun.
Arrive 7am, done by 11am.
Join the Event Team
Prefer to keep your brains intact? We need help with check-in, handing out shirts and bibs, serving coffee and donuts, pointing runners the right way, and setup and cleanup! No costume required (though they're always welcome).
Shifts available between 7am and 11:30am.
How the Chase Works
Every runner starts the route in Centennial Park with a flag belt around their waist. Zombies are lurking along the route and will try to grab your flags as you pass. Try not lose your flag! (And survive.)
A few rules keep it fun and safe:
Zombies grab flags only. No touching, grabbing, or blocking runners.
Keep your flags and bib visible. No hiding them.
Lost all your flags? Keep going! You still finish the race.
Watch for volunteers and follow their directions on the course.

8AM Runner registration opens at Centennial Park
9AM 5K Zombie Run starts!
9:30-10:30 AM Coffee, donuts, photo booths, music!
10:30 AM Awards at the gazebo!
11:00 AM Event closes (until next year!)
11-11:30 AM Clean up / Tear down
