This our Third-annual Tulip City Walls Festival coming this September 6-8pm!

The vision of Tulip City Walls is to “Plant Seeds and Build Bridges”

Our goals are to:

• Beautify the Eastcore neighborhood

• Celebrate the diversity of our neighbors

• Connect neighbors across cultural and socioeconomic gaps

• Empower residents to dream together

Together 3Sixty & H-Town Ink hope to build bridges across cultures and economic gaps and plant seeds of change for future generations to come.
